Samuel practices arbitration as well as civil, commercial, and administrative litigation. He is a member of the Quebec Bar since 2020.

His keen interest in dispute resolution led him to pursue advanced studies abroad in commercial arbitration. He will seek to achieve your goals while protecting your commercial interests, whether before the judicial Courts or a private forum. He is especially knowledgeable in the fields of mix dispute resolution and final offer arbitration. He also involved in matters related to access to information.

Samuel has published articles in peer-reviewed journals which have recently been cited as authoritative by Quebec tribunals on various subjects, including settlement-related matters.

He has degrees in civil law (Université de Sherbrooke) and in common law (Queen’s University) as well as a Master of Laws in alternative dispute resolution (ADR). He is also a mediator certified by the Institut de médiation et d’arbitrage du Québec (IMAQ) and a member of the Canadian Bar Association and the Young Canadian Arbitration Practitioners (YCAP). He is fluent in English, French, and Spanish.
