Peter Rui Xin Chang

Peter Chang is an Associate at Greenspoon, where he is engaged in civil and commercial litigation, as well as corporate law matters.

Peter earned his Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) at the Université de Montréal. During his studies, he co-founded Eloquentia Montréal, a nonprofit public speaking competition dedicated to empowering young Montrealers to develop confidence speaking before an audience. Peter is also an active member of the Federation of Asian Canadian Lawyers – Quebec Chapter, serving on the organizing committee of its annual legal clinic, where he helps expand access to legal resources for underserved communities.

Peter was called to the Quebec Bar in 2025 and is a member of the Montreal Bar Association.
